INSURANCE INFORMATION

    We are a provider for Unity HMO.  The other major HMO plans in the area will not pay us unless you have a point
of service plan.

    We are a provider for medicare and medicaid/Badgercare.  We are on the list of most preferred provider organizations including: Blue Cross, WPPN, WEA, Alliance.  Some companies are self insured and do not cover Chiropractic including GM and Stoughton Trailers.

    Wisconsin has insurance equality, meaning insurance plans (other than self insured companies) are required to cover chiropractic on the same basis as care from an MD. You have one deductible to cover your care from a DC or an MD and your copay will be the same.

    We file all your insurance for you. Primary and secondary and will bill you only after we have handled insurance issues.
We usually file insurance around the first of the month. We expect to hear form your insurance within 30 days and bill patients around the middle of the month.
